Color Therapy Healing Tips for March
"Green"

With spring entering our lives once again, March is a beautiful month for re-birth and re-growth on many levels. On our earth, the green grass and the green buds on the trees peak through the remaining snow while in our bodies, we are reminded to bring the fresh colour of spring green into our lives to get rid of the old and transform into the new. Green helps us to feel alive, prosperous and abundant. Just as breathing the fresh new air of spring into our lungs for rejuvenation, adding the colour green to your life can energetically support you with your spiritual spring transformation.

Green represents the heart chakra centre focusing on emotions such as unconditional love, self love, trust, overcoming grief, dealing with guilt, finding forgiveness and living our truth. Physically, this green centre focuses on the heart, lungs, respiratory system and breasts. The heart chakra needs to be in balance in order to support the other six main chakra centres for total body wellness. Illness in this area can be supported by releasing the old negative feelings and thought patterns and allowing the new positive vibrations to enter.

Enjoy the loving, refreshing support of green through clothing, walks in the park, the scent of Eucalyptus and Peppermint, owning a Jade or Adventurine stone, eating more green fruits and vegetables, drinking green tea and bringing fresh plants into the home. Best of all, relax in a nurturing green color bath and soak in the color of nature to help restore balance. Combined with music that has the sounds of nature , the green color bath is wonderful to help you de-stress after a hectic day.

Seek out family and friends with the Virgo astrological sign this month. Virgo's are very grounded and enjoy connecting to nature. Virgo's easily adapt to changes and love to discover the new. They always have fresh new thoughts that combined with their compassion and giving nature will inspire you to start fresh this spring!
