"Pink"

Think Pink! Pink represents unconditional love and kindness. It connects us to the feeling of being nurtured, comforted and loved from the inside out. Pink is a very feminine colour making us connect to our emotions and forces us to nurture the person within. Many people have a beautiful way of expressing their love to others. They are true givers – there to help us whenever we need a shoulder to cry on, a hug for support or kind words to make us smile. However, May is a time for these earth angels to remember to love themselves as much as the love helping others. Unconditional love must be received as well as given in order to remain harmonious.

Take time this month to reflect about how you nurture yourself? Do you ask others for help when you need it? Do you need to work on knowing that you are just as deserving in this world of love and kindness as anyone else? Take the time to replenish your self love for this will give you the energy you need to continue being an earth angel. Start by taking 10 minutes a day just for you and increase the time to at least 30 minutes a day by the end of the month. Buy yourself pink flowers, a rose quartz stone or a new pink sweater. Have a pink bath smelling lovely with the scent of rose while pink candles burn quietly and relax you. Surround yourself with people of the Aquarian zodiac sign. Aquarius friends unite people together and honour the wholeness of oneself. Allow a friend to take you out for a coffee and just say thank you instead of trying to pay for the purchase. You deserve – you are worth it! Think Pink - Your body, mind and soul will thank you!

Don't Forget....May is for Mother's... Treat Mom to a Wonderful Pink color bath experience. Pink is the universal colour of love. When babies are born they radiate a beautiful aura of pink colour energy. A new Mother glows in the energy of the pink ray. This is the month we want to dedicate to mothers and give them back some of the love they nurtured us with. For Mother's Day, treat your mom to some color therapy healing by creating a basket so she can have a spa-like atmosphere in the comfort of her own home... at a fraction of the cost! Include a Pink color bath, a bottle of Ylang Ylang essential oil, pink candles, a pink bar of soap, soft music, a box of chocolates and a book on motherhood. Attach a note which promises mom an evening of peace and quiet and maybe a coupon that says you'll cook her dinner.
