Questions Answered From The Other Side Why do some people suffer longer than others before they die? Lessons. Life is about lessons. Their soul has chosen to learn a great deal
during this time. I remember counseling a girl of only 25 years of age who only had a week to live. From the time she was diagnosed with cancer to
her death, it was a total of 6 months. Her ending here on earth seemed to drag on and the people surrounding her had their hearts breaking. I was
asked to come and speak to the girl to help her understand the beauty in transitioning over to the other side. Part of her journey here – having only 6 months to live at such a
young time in her life and having the experience of suffering near the end, was to teach her to trust in
the afterlife. She had never considered the afterlife before. She was young and invincible. Now she
was faced with trusting and letting go. Her family and friends also watched a young, frightened girl begin to embrace the love and support of the other side. Once she allowed herself to Let Go – Let God,
she felt complete peace in her transition. No fear existed. That was part of her lesson. This shows that
lessons are being learned every minute of the day. Some lessons are for the sufferers, some are for the
people surrounding this person at this time. Ask yourself, what am I learning with this experience? Although it may seem unfair, become blessed with what this experience is teaching you and the others
around you at this time. May you learn to seize the day and experience life to the fullest. Learning from the people around you is one of the best ways to self discover and grow your experience here on
earth. Life is a "Journey of Discovery".
