With our Journey of Discovery certified Level 1 & 2 courses, you discover your core beliefs, positive and negative thought patterns, your colour personality and which therapies could help you to balance your life physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. This makes you become aware of your patterns.

Specifically with Soul Sauna - Level 3, your journey of self discovery will be enriched and enhanced by clearing these patterns. This in-depth, intensive, certified course provides hands on, creative approaches for you to discover the beautiful you inside and out.

Taught by Naturopathic Doctor, Valerie Franc and Counsellor/Trainer Angela Dacey, this intensive 'Soul Sauna' works with all seven chakras energy centers. The course focuses on different alternative health therapies, sometimes with different practitioners brought into the class to teach, in order for you to do your own personal growth and healing.
