negative thought patterns, your colour personality and which therapies could help you to balance your life physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Level 1 makes you become aware of your patterns. Specifically with Soul Sauna - Level 2
, your journey of self discovery will be enriched and enhanced by clearing these patterns. This in-depth, intensive, certified course provides hands on, creative approaches for you to discover
the beautiful you inside and out.
Many people who have taken this course have rediscovered their passion, enhanced their personal relationships, overcome their fears and begun to love
themselves unconditionally. It is a life transforming course geared to cleanse you of the old and embelish the new.
Taught by Naturopathic Doctor, Valerie Franc and Counsellor/Trainer Angela Dacey, this intensive 'Soul Sauna' works with all seven chakras energy centers. The course focuses on different alternative health
therapies, sometimes with different practitioners brought into the class to teach, in order for you to do your own personal growth and healing. Learn and participate in the modalities - soul search while
cleansing your body of old negative ways.  You will walk away as a new person filled with love, light and peace. You
will not only know how to make a positive change in your life, you'll start taking the actions of change. In addition, your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body will now be prepared and balanced to heal
others on their journey in life.
